Tools in Your Hands!

Donations and Funding

We rely heavily on the generosity of donors, both individuals and foundations. Our top priority for small donations is to support local older youth interns working with younger kids while being mentored by our adult staff. Over the years we’ve seen this natural interaction to be highly effective on multiple levels. The more interns we have, the more kids we can handle at our programs.

If you’d like more information about any aspect of our programs or our organization, please feel free to contact us. If you feel you know enough, please click the donate button.

Supplies

To make our programs go, we use a great variety of scrap, recycled or second-hand materials. If you find yourself in possession of significant quantities of any of the following items, please contact us or simply bring the box by El Sausal Middle School and we’ll put it to good use.

Volunteer & Internship Opportunities

If you live in the area, have some experience tinkering and exploring with science, low-tech tools, enjoy working with kids like ours, and have a lot of patience – we’d love to explore opportunities for you to join our space –
